1. Services Provided
Confetti Collective OKC, LLC agrees to provide balloon décor, backdrop rentals, signage, props, installation, and/or styling services as outlined in the approved invoice or mock-up.

2. Retainer & Payment
A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the total invoice is required to reserve the event date and secure materials.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

No installation will occur until full payment has been received.

3. Retainer Policy
The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by Client, because materials, labor scheduling, and inventory reservation begin immediately upon booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If Client cancels:
- More than 14 days before the event: all payments beyond the retainer may be refunded at Confetti Collective OKC’s discretion.
- Within 14 days of the event: payments are non-refundable due to preparation and inventory commitments.

Rescheduling requests are subject to Confetti Collective OKC’s availability and are not guaranteed.

5. Balloon Disclaimer
Client understands balloons are temporary décor items affected by weather, temperature, sunlight, wind, handling, and environmental conditions. While every effort is made to ensure quality and longevity, exact appearance and float times cannot be guaranteed.

Confetti Collective OKC, LLC is not responsible for popped balloons or damage occurring after setup is completed.

6. Outdoor Installations
Outdoor installations are performed at Client’s risk. High winds, rain, extreme heat, direct sunlight, and other weather conditions may affect balloons and décor.

Confetti Collective OKC, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel outdoor installations if weather conditions create unsafe working conditions.

7. Rentals & Damages
Any rented items including backdrops, stands, arches, signage, props, or specialty décor remain the property of Confetti Collective OKC, LLC.

Client agrees to be financially responsible for damage, theft, excessive staining, candle wax, pet damage, or loss of rental items while in Client possession.

8. Setup Area
Client agrees to provide a safe, accessible setup area with adequate space and access to electrical outlets if needed.

Confetti Collective OKC, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, inaccessible setup areas, or other vendors.

9. Photo Release
Confetti Collective OKC, LLC may photograph completed installations and use images for social media, marketing, website content, and promotional materials unless Client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

10. Liability
Confetti Collective OKC, LLC shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, climbing, improper handling of décor, or unsupervised children interacting with installations.

11. Acceptance of Agreement
By signing below, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this agreement.
